Based on Boeing 737-900ER unscheduled removal data of pitot probe 0851HT-1 January, 2020 to November, 2021 found 14 for with one the defect is “pitot light on”. This indicate that there a problem component and can disrupt pilot delay aircraft. Knowing result failure identification type be aim this research. Analysis using Failure Mode Effect used identify modes, causes effects failure, severity, occurrence, detection ranking so risk priority number obtained. FMEA Worksheet, are 8 modes occur highest Risk Priority Number 126 mode “IAS AND ALT DISAGREE”.
